Not suitable for scales

I have had this scale for 6 months now and unfortunately it is not working properly. I use it often to measure ingredients for skincare products and for my coffee! Actually, this is the second one I've bought. I had to send another one back because it didn't work either. Both arrived with half-charged batteries. Mine currently says it has half a charge left, but I keep getting an error saying it's low and shutting it down immediately. In addition to the battery problem, which I was able toโ€ฆ

Advantages: easy to clean

I want kitchen scale manufacturers to stop worrying about battery life if we don't turn off the scale! What other battery powered device do you have that shuts itself off? Ridiculous. The first scale manufacturer to drop this "featureโ€ gets all the market share. Pros: Easy to clean. Poorly. If you have something on the scale and it turns off, you cannot continue what you were doing without first removing the tray from the scale before putting it back on. If you don't remove it, you'll get anโ€ฆ

A small problem in a great product

There are things that are wonderful about this scale. It's very accurate, easy to erase, easy to use, the numbers on the display are a good size so easy to read, the display stays on for about a minute so you don't have to worry about it going blank it's about time. That being said, the weights definitely have a downside. If you place a wide-rimmed dinner plate or bowl on the scale, you will not see the display. This is very annoying. I want to be able to put my plate on the scale and separateโ€ฆ

Slight flaw but good product

PROS: Looks great: I originally intended to get a basic metal scale, but I'm glad I went with this one have. I look good when left on the counter. - Easy to use: everything is very clear. There are only two buttons. You will have trouble using it. Extra Batteries: Definitely something they didn't need to add, but I'm grateful they did. CONS - Rust: One of the batteries was slightly rusted so the scale would not work even after removing the plastic tab. I was frustrated because I thought I'dโ€ฆ
