I have had this scale for 6 months now and unfortunately it is not working properly. I use it often to measure ingredients for skincare products and for my coffee! Actually, this is the second one I've bought. I had to send another one back because it didn't work either. Both arrived with half-charged batteries. Mine currently says it has half a charge left, but I keep getting an error saying it's low and shutting it down immediately. In addition to the battery problem, which I was able to solve by buying batteries, the automatic shutdown is too fast. This is my main complaint. It seems to turn itself off within 30 seconds, which just isn't enough time when you're adding and measuring ingredients. I suggest spending a little more and getting a better scale.
