High Speed ​​Ethernet Cable

This is a great cable. I am in the process of upgrading my house wiring from Category 6 to Category 8. These flat cables are so easy to install that they are strong and well made. . So far they all work perfectly. These cables were also the best deal for your money.

It may not accelerate to the expected speed

I think everything is fine. The speed doesn't get fast enough what I want with it. I tested this verse on my other cables and this one couldn't get high enough. With other Ethernet cables I get 200 Mbit/s and only this one gives 60 Mbit/s.

Noticeably Faster: Category 7 Cable

I've been working from home with the original ethernet for 6 years when my office was set up. I had to change the room to one that didn't have an ethernet cable. I have this to walk down the hall while I work. It's solid and sturdy, and my laptop's speed has noticeably increased.

Don't buy CAT8 Ethernet cables unless you have 40Gbps switches

Don't buy CAT8 Ethernet cables unless you have 40Gbps switches. I have 10Gbps switches and it slowed down my network and I went back to my CAT7 cables and my network was fast again. Also, CAT8 cables are only good for up to 100 meters or 98 feet before losing speed. So if you run more than 30 meters you turn your CAT8 cables into expensive CAT7 or CAT6a cables and your performance will be affected beyond 30 meters. I made that mistake and kicked myself at A*S for not doing my research. I should

Better than what came with my router.

So far I've only used the Ethernet cables that came with my routers, I don't have the fastest internet, but I don't have the slowest either. After using this cable, my download speed on my Playstation 4 and Playstation 5 is at least 50% faster. When testing the connection with my previous cables, I had between 75MB and 110MB. Exactly what I needed.

I actually bought 3 of these 6 feet.1 to go from the router to my PC.1 to go from the router to my docking station for my laptop.1 to go from the modem to the router . I could have used a 3ft for this but didn't have stock that size but should anything change in my setup it will work fine. I have upgraded from CAT 5 to this CAT 8.
