I had such high hopes for this product, but when I received it the bars were unusable. They look expired - they are hardened and flakey, and crumble instead of soften. So disappointing because I have had positive experiences with Ethique hair products.

I have VERY dry skin and this keeps my skin soft and happy yet is still light enough for day use. I love that the box comes with multiple little bars rather than one giant unwieldy bar.

I like the fact that these bars are zero waste and easy to travel with, but they are wayyy to oily for my skin on their own and are really melty and messy (as in they get all over your hands when applying). To combat this I boiled some water and dissolved the bars into it, and they work pretty decently that way, but I don't really think I'll buy these again.

Took a while to get used to, but it’s growing on me. I have combination skin and I had to get used to applying it so I’m not too dry in some places and oily in others.I think I use more than they recommend, but it’s lasting me a really long time. Considering more products.

This face lotion is amazing! I haven’t been able to find a lotion that keeps my skin moisturized, even through the winter, like this one does.

It's a great face cream once it has been used for a while. When I started using it, it felt grainy but after a while this wore away. It takes warm hands or a warm environment to make the block creamy enough to apply, I think my hands are too cool for it, or perhaps my house ( in the 60s) is too cool.

I originally got this in with a sampler from Ethique and liked it well enough to buy the full size product. I don't use it during the day as it has no SPF but it's a great night time facial moisturizer. I simply, after washing my face, rub the bar on my face and then use my clean fingertips to massage it it. It's smooth and doesn't feel greasy. I also plan to take it with me when I travel.

I haven’t used anything that makes my face feel and look so amazing! I’m so impressed with these products! The face some seems like it has sea salt in it because when I’m done with my shower routine I feel like I’m leaving the beach minus all the sand. I feel radiant and sun kissed, I can’t explain it so try it out for yourself. I’m in love with Ethique!

I really wanted the help the Earth by going bottleless with my face moisturizer, but this just didn't cut it for me. It's pretty rough and no matter how much I rubbed it, it was never really moisturizing. I tried to use it for a week before I gave up and bought a real face moisturizer.

I go through the bars more quickly than some of the other reviewers but I love the product.I put it on my face and neck. It feels nice and leaves my skin soft and smooth.

Took me a couple of days to get used to, but I like it. Luckily I had a container from my previous moisturizer that I could use to hold the 3 cakes. I'm liking the overall feel of the product on my skin and will be traveling soon so up have a chance to try it out on the road. Wonderful option. Still haven't used up the first cake!

I bought this in the summer, so the three bars were melted together when they arrived. I moved them to one of my Lush tins, which works great. Due to the melting, it is a little grainy, but the grains do dissolve. I put a small amount in my hand and warm it until it melts before applying. The smell is quite neutral. It works like an oil, which is great for dry skin, though it's a little greasy, so someone with different skin might have an issue with it. I wouldn't use it during the day, but…

Not only is this product eco-friendly, but it's a fabulous moisturizer. The only thing I will use from here on out. The scent may not be appealing to everyone.

I have ultra sensitive, acne-prone, combination skin. The Perfector is the perfect moisturizer to put on before bed. I have yet to find a moisturizer that doesn't make me look greasy/oily, but The Perfector soaks in overnight, and makes my skin softer by the morning. This product is expensive, but it comes with 3 bars that last forever. I'm still on my first!

I now have the shampoo, conditioner, moisture bar, face wash and face moisurizer. You won't be disappointed with any of these products. They are nothing short of wonderful. And I no longer have any plastic in my shower. My hair feels better than it ever did with commercial products.

Started with the face sample pack and really loved this moisturizer so decided to go for the full bar despite some of the negative reviews that it doesn't work as well. It definitely take a bit more warming in the hands than the sample did, but it's bigger too so that makes sense. It still works great though, rubs in well and helps my normal to dry skin.

It's like putting chapstick on your face. Just sits there all thick no matter how warm you get it. It's not realling providing hydration, but locking what you have in. My skin has gotten dull over the last few weeks of using it. I love the idea of plastic free lotion, but this just isn't enough for daily skin care.

I actually love this moisturizer. I wish there was a little better way to package it for travel as it gets very soft, but its incredibly moisturizing. I only gave it 4 stars because it is a bit heavy and take a while to soak in completely so depending on how dry you are you may be a bit oily looking until your skin fully takes it in.
