Great way manage benefits and perks

Ethix base is an easy tool for managing our community of partners. It has helped us keep track of who's in what tier, when they came onboard (and why), their current status, how many projects/milestones are complete or pending completion, etc., all from one place! The only thing I don't like about it is that sometimes there can be some confusion with tiers during promotions where you have someone move up into a higher level without realizing that this was done so they lose access to certain…

  • Easily accessible information across various departments & locations around campus
  • Very quick response time while trying out new features such "Tiering" which let users know if others were promoted above them before knowing whether he had been demoted below his previous position.
  • Multiple options available through simple menu choice selection system
