Boys didn't do the best

They hurt my son's leg after the first wear. He didn't want to wear them again. They are true to size, unfortunately not comfortable for my son.

Runs a bit tight: Shoes

I would recommend buying half a size larger. My son was a size 4.5 so I bought a size 5 but they fit him perfectly. Otherwise these are great shoes. Especially for a kid who changes a pair of shoes every month!

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

Bad yarn is good for shoes

So I'm disappointed in this shoe. This is the second pair we have ordered from this company. The first, different style, was great. My son loves these pair but after less than a week of wearing them the thread on them is starting to loosen.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Functionality

TRUST the brand and the shoes

These are beautifully made shoes. They are suitable for a 10 1/2 year old boy. I love Ethni and I definitely want my kids to grow up with it. THIS is a good shoe. These are comfortable shoes and will last a long time. I trust this company and the seller.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Everything is fine

compresses toes good for boys

I am a small adult. So I end up buying kids shoes that fit better than adult ones. Anyway, I tried them on 4.5 year old boys and found I had a blister between the last two toes and just under the pinky toe on my left foot. So I increased the size and got wider. I don't get new blisters anymore but my pinky hurts all the time while wearing them. I've worn Vans for years and have seen them look similar, maybe with a higher profile. I'll probably return to Van's even if they don't offer the bottom
