Everything is packed in a nice box. All components are identical to those originally supplied with the Eufy vacuum cleaner. Same design, same material quality. When I first bought my Eufy 11S I decided to order replacement parts online so I didn't have to wait around for replacement parts. The filters worked (greatly, which is why I'm giving it a star), but the rotating brushes don't match and fall out when the 11S hits even the slightest change in terrain. Eufy Robovac is awesome. If you have one, you probably already know about it. IF you just bought it, welcome to the club. Depending on the surfaces in your home, the obstacles it encounters (e.g. children's tennis shoes without laces), the rotating bristles and brush can become damaged or simply wear out quickly.
