We need a smaller coffee maker to make 2-4 cups a day. We did a lot of research, read a lot of reviews and although this coffee maker was more expensive, we found the overall reviews to be the most positive. We were very satisfied. Absolutely fantastic five stars for this coffee maker. The coffee is hot and ready for making cold cream and always stays hot. The size of this pot is awesome. Much better than the fab goods we used to buy! Try to find a large coffee mug made out of thick, handcrafted earthenware. I really liked the on/off switch on the side. The coffee tastes much better. First, why do they keep putting those ridiculously sticky stickers on our products?! I have no time for that. Also, I had to use a ton of lemon essential oil to get rid of all the stickiness. Mine also had a very noticeable scratch, but it's not critical. This is my first experience with a percolator. She made both coffee and tea.
