Great Taste: Coffee Makers

First, why do they keep putting those ridiculously sticky stickers on our products?! I have no time for that. Also, I had to use a ton of lemon essential oil to get rid of all the stickiness. Mine also had a very noticeable scratch, but it's not critical. This is my first experience with a percolator. She made both coffee and tea. For some reason, fluid sometimes spurts out of the drain during bleeding. I've tried adding less liquid, although it doesn't exceed the max, and that seems to help. Coffee grounds are absorbed there even with ordinary grounds. I started using a regular paper coffee filter, wrapped the coffee securely and pushed it into the basket as deep as possible. It works great but I wish there was some sort of reusable option. Both tea and coffee are delicious so I'm happy. Also, I'm glad my drink doesn't touch any plastic. Update: I'm really enjoying my coffee maker now that I've mastered it. I now use two coffee filters instead of one, each wrapped with about two tablespoons of ground coffee. I never add ground coffee to my coffee. Now I use just over four 8-ounce cups of cool filtered water, pour them over ground coffee and no longer spill it outside. burnt coffee. I still wish it came with a reusable filter.
