Perfect replacement for a missing kit on my 2014 Buick Encore

Unfortunately I found that the previous owner took the factory jack and wrench out of my care and literally left them out in the cold and snow when I got mine damaged tires on the way to work. After doing some measurements I settled on this device and it is exactly the same size as the original and fits perfectly into the mold in the rear of the car. Brilliant.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Vulgarity

to use pain in the ass. It takes forever to rise. Wastepaper basket

Terrible design. This wrench only allows a quarter turn each time, so lifting the car takes 10 minutes. Which is incredibly annoying when you're sitting on concrete. And when you raise the car high enough to place the jack underneath, the jack is tilted and ready to click. It's bullshit. The standard jack that came with my car is literally a thousand times better and is what I had to use for my job. Don't buy this or you'll have to return it, just like me.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Only available in black

Excellent fit for my LBC (Little British Car)

Bought this for a tire change kit I am building for my recently purchased 1970's Triumph Spitfire. Car unpacked and lifted with no problems. Seems stable enough. I like the ratcheting handle and the little fingers they place on the drive screw make it easy to fold or pick up when there's no load on it. Also, the recess in the upper part where the car's flange is fixed makes it more stable. There is excess fat that needs to be removed. I bought a couple of 2x8 pieces at a local hardware storeโ€ฆ

Nice replacement SUV jack

I hated that two piece 'handle' that my original jack came with! It has a nice high leverage ratchet handle that makes raising and lowering very easy. Also, the hex head on this jacking screw allows you to use an 18-volt drill driver to easily twist it up and down for a quick (and easy) jack. This 2 ton jack is great for my SUV and reaches high enough to lift the wheels completely off the ground. drop so low that it will probably fit under your sports car with flat tires. While a 2 ton payloadโ€ฆ

Works as intended; easy to raise/lower but will break

Addendum: The second time I lifted the car, I noticed that the jack was at an angle. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the gears holding the scissors in place were bent and on the verge of coming loose. They are formed from stamped metal and are tapered to fold inward. The metal is soft and I feel like it doesn't stand a chance of surviving repeated use. It may even break on first use. Shame as it works so well. My first impression was: bought for a Tesla 3 (no factory part or jack). Iโ€ฆ

Mostly good, but there is a problem.

I'm conflicted in reviewing this jack as it has mostly good sides but there is a problem. I have attached 2 photos showing the jack next to the factory jack on a 1998 Toyota Camry. The Everbest4u socket is longer and has a longer base. It seems sturdier than a factory jack. However, in the second picture I have indicated why I cannot give this jack 5 stars. The top of the jack that goes around the weld isn't high enough so you end up jacking the car right up on the weld itself. On the Toyotaโ€ฆ

Exactly what I needed!

My BMW had a few runs. I drove a nail into two tires and the tires are beyond repair. I didn't want to pay a ridiculous price for new run-flat tires, so I just went with regular tires. But that's a problem because BMW doesn't have a spare wheel. So to compensate, I bought two cans of Fix-A-Flat and kept them in the trunk. Roadside assistance works much better when you have the tire off the ground. The tire is much easier to inflate when there is no weight on it. Since the BMW has neither a jack

Pros
  • Practical thing

  • Difficult to say
