My daughter loves her Christmas gift although we were greatly disappointed when it simply wouldn't work with the seat attachment. Only one of the balancing mechanism activates and so it beeps and beeps and shuts down. There are a lot of less expensive hoverboards without the seat that you could purchase. My daughter begged and begged for this last Christmas. She was ecstatic when she opened it. After setting it all up we realized she didn’t weigh enough to use the cart with the hover board. I bought one, it worked for about 3 weeks then wouldn’t charge or turn on. Then I exchanged it only to have it happen again. I actually went and had it repaired at a shop. Worked for another week and died again. Not worth the money.

This worked great the first year. Now the battery lasts barely five minutes. Considering the price, this should not be an item that only lasts a year.

This units is a 60 dollar unit at Walmart I learned the abytery past half that of a brand name and the gyro is always out of balance!

This is a wonderful product that my daughter absolutely loves! The only issue I have is that it came missing a handle and when I spoke to them they apologized and were very polite. Unfortunately I have yet to hear back from them or receive the product.
