I like how easy it was for me to figure out, even though I am not that techy! It's great because you can do anything with this program from getting people to join in the fun or just showing appreciation to someone who goes above and beyond their job duties! The ability for all team members (inside & outside of my organization) in both internal meetings as well as via calls, video conferencing or email can see who has seen what post/task - also great when you have an employee go out sick / need time off!
