Great bag, good price!

Great bag at a great price! Easy to assemble, strong, durable. We put sand in the base to make it heavy and stable. Very happy with the product for the price.

Pros
  • Triple disc foam structure for maximum energy dissipation
Cons
  • Durability

Small but high quality

Smaller than I expected but durable and easy to assemble. Still gliding with water in it, will try the sand and see if it gets more stable.

Pros
  • Improved design, strength and easy assembly
Cons
  • Upgrades

Halved! fits heavy bags

The quality of this product was terrible. I bought a bag to learn boxing. After 1 month of use the damn thing broke in half. Please note that I didn't kick the bag, just slapped it. And no, my punches don't have amazing power. The bag just sucks.

Pros
  • PowerCore steel plate technology improves overall strength
Cons
  • No performance

Great product after installation

Be careful when you buy this product, it looks great from the outside, but it's difficult to assemble and disassemble if you don't like it, the pipe has too much lateral movement, if you are throwing a left or right hook I would suggest a different pattern. Oh, don't use water, use sand or heavy gravel, trust me.

Pros
  • Improved design, strength and easy assembly
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Check the foam carefully!

Okay. Our foam pad had fairly large dents and a spot of mildew that we managed to scrape off. We've got 200 pounds of sand in it and it's still moving if you're stronger than a 12-year-old. It's too loud, so not for a quiet workout, even with softer strokes. So far so good, but next time we'll invest in something better.

Pros
  • PowerTransferRing provides superior impact protection, cushioning and rebound
Cons
  • Weight

Ideal for light exercise

I bought one of these for my daughter and I have no doubt it will last her into her teens when she is interested in martial arts. It has a solid construction and is ideal for light punches and kicks. For stronger punches (adult level) just put him in a space where he can move backwards when you hit him. The base is very strong and can be made quite heavy as it will hold a lot of water or sand.

Pros
  • PowerCore™ steel plate technology improves overall strength. Height adjustable from 54 to 65 inches.
Cons

In addition to cutting nuts and bolts to assemble it. I like this thing so far. I have bad joints and this thing is great for light mixed martial arts training that I never want to train for. But I can dream It's in my living room and doesn't take up much space. I highly recommend it. It's just amazing to look at and get the job done in just a minute.

Pros
  • PowerTransferRing provides excellent impact, absorption and rebound power
Cons
  • Vanish

Arrived slightly wrinkled. Definitely needed. I had to remove a thin layer of foam from both the black and white rings to place on the bottom of the bag before closing it so the skin on the bottom is a bit loose/looks baggy. It also arrived on Sunday which was a bit patchy. This thing can take a beating though and I'll enjoy it even more once I figure out how to get the height right. I filled it with bags of small stones instead of water or sand.

Pros
  • Compact base for better access
Cons
  • Not sure

I love it! for punching bags

Just what I needed to keep my arms flexible on top of weighted arm and shoulder exercises. I think he's built well for arm training. I filled the base with sandbags (280 pounds). I had an old foam chair pad made for my back which I stuck between the base of the punching bag and the wall which makes it very stable so the base doesn't move at all. it's going nowhere. Before assembly, the top is wide open, so you don't need to fill it with a funnel. You can place whole sandbags in the base for…

Pros
  • Compact base for better access
Cons
