I love it! for punching bags

Just what I needed to keep my arms flexible on top of weighted arm and shoulder exercises. I think he's built well for arm training. I filled the base with sandbags (280 pounds). I had an old foam chair pad made for my back which I stuck between the base of the punching bag and the wall which makes it very stable so the base doesn't move at all. it's going nowhere. Before assembly, the top is wide open, so you don't need to fill it with a funnel. You can place whole sandbags in the base for easy removal later. Assembly was easy, but the instructions warn against loosening the screws. There are 16 screws and the reason they warn you to remove them is because they are aluminum screws. So be careful when aligning the threads. I'm very nimble but I still had trouble threading a screw but this was an easy fix for me. I replaced an aluminum screw that didn't want to be screwed in with a metal screw, screwed it in the other side and put a nut and lock washer on top. A small problem for a great punching bag at a great price.
