An extra screw was installed in the shelf, the shelf does not fit properly with the frame, which means that a large cut-out was made in the front and the wood it is made of. feels like cork wood. Don't waste money.

Poorly made product, definitely not worth $39.00. When opened it had black scratch marks. Just overall disappointed, really looking forward to using this in my kitchen. Return the item the same day it arrived.

Paint does not stick to wood at all - if you run your finger over it, it immediately flies away as white dust. You can completely wipe off the paint with a flick of a paper towel. I don't know what's in this pain (lead?); that is totally unsuitable for the household, let alone a place where food is prepared.

Bought two years ago and was thinking about buying a replacement because the weld had just come apart at one of the joints (behind the top shelf) but more than doubled the price so I probably am, I won't buy another. It's a shame, though, because for $20, it withstood three moves (and one rehang) and held about 10 coffee mugs (hung and placed on the bottom shelf), other pottery, and a few plants.

I bought this in "natural" color. The first one that arrived was so badly packaged (crumpled up in a huge box with a small sheet of bubble wrap) that it arrived half ruined, with bent and broken hooks, some of which had no paint. The exchange went perfectly. It was beautifully boxed in a factory box with strategically placed styrofoam and then placed in another box with bubble wrap.
