Not Worth The Investment

According to my experience, this surveillance recorder is not worth the investment. The picture quality is terrible and the user interface is difficult to navigate. The only positive aspect is that it is an electronic device. However, with so many other options on the market, I would not recommend this product.

The system is fantastic value for money and covers all my operating system and feature needs. It's great to work with a customer service specialist like Anna to set up the system. Outstanding customer support

I bought a dash cam and followed the installation instructions, installed everything in a minute, even remote viewing. After a few days I had an issue with the playback feature, so I called support, spoke to a real person and the issue was resolved within minutes. The best customer support.
