Bonding of carbide teeth to base metal is POOR

Almost all teeth separate from base metal of blade after several 1/4" cuts in mild steel. Less than 10 linear feet and nearly all of the teeth are carbide from the blade.

Pros
  • 48 carbide teeth, 0.078" kerf
