I bought this camera and I am completely satisfied with it! The instructions are easy to read/understand and easy to install. For those who have a 2007 Dodge Ram with no camera, this is a great upgrade!

When I plugged it into the rear taillight wire and put it in reverse, it didn't turn on, I had to plug the flip radio into the auxiliary socket to see it. So I hook it up to the radio's 12v wire and it lights up when I put it in reverse so everything works great.

Product quality roughly corresponds to OEM. I bought this product because there was always something blocking the license plate camera in my hitch area. The picture is nice and clear. I changed the radio and I could hear the picture from my old camera, but this one is 10 times better.

The product was easy to install if you have a little dexterity. Connected power to the backup light in the taillight housing and routed the cable through the firewall to a new Sony head unit with plenty of cockpit space on the 2008 Ram Quad Cab. I liked that the wire is wrapped to protect against corrosion. The image is very clear but the angle is VERY wide so the objects are much closer than they appear.
