ExcelSteel Colanders Set: 4-Piece Kitchen Essential for Effortless Straining Review

A little thin but VERY comfortable. It's nice to have a whole stack of these, especially when you're cooking like crazy. You always make an effort and it's good to have four different sizes. Also, I'm afraid to wash them in the dishwasher for fear the coating will come off.

This is a replacement for an incompatible set of various plastic strainers that we have gradually collected over the years. Some of them were made of melamine and could break if dropped. They are strong and very attractive. My wife loves them and we use them all the time to wash grapes, beans and all kinds of food. We hand wash them with a sponge and keep the polished stainless steel finish. I don't see any signs of loose or poorly fastened handles. We are very happy with this purchase.

Love this set of 4 strainers but they are under $20 and they are not William Sonoma's professional range. So when the handles are connected to a screen, they can fail. It just doesn't look like it's going to last long, but so far they're working great! They're easy to clean and they're always the perfect size for whatever you do!
