The adapter broke on first use.

The first time I used it with this pry bar, I used a 3/8" to 1/4" adapter and the 1/4" end broke off almost immediately - I put about 25 feet at -lbs. to the jumper if the adapter is broken The jumper itself may be fine, but the adapters are junk.
