Great Customer Service Platform: Exelysis Contact Center

I like that it's webbased - no need to download any apps or anything! It has all my contact center needs (invoicing/billing), plus CRM with our salesforce as well so we can track leads through each step from first call till close deal etc.. The customer service department does not have its own system but works off ours via API calls if needed; however their support team seems great at responding quickly when issues arise!!
