Left strap didn't stay on bike

These belts were better due to their extra length. But the left strap didn't hold. The company was lenient and credited the purchase to my account. Your rep suggested I add some duct tape to hold the belt in place. I did it and it worked for a while. Now it shows up every time I drive. I guess I'll have to buy another pair and hope for better results.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • No performance

Exactly what the doctor ordered!

The description and photos were not sufficient to ensure that this exercise bike would fit. But for the price I was willing to take the risk and I was very happy with the result. It fits my bike perfectly and has plenty of room to adjust. I've only been using it for a few hours but it seems well made and fairly durable so looks like it should hold up well.

Works well on an 18 year old Schwinn recumbent

My husband had a head injury over 18 years ago and I bought a recumbent so he could exercise and he has loved it ever since. However, the pedal strap recently broke and I needed a replacement. I was pleased to find these replacement straps and was pleased that they still fit such old equipment. Designs often change and replacements are difficult to find. I'm glad it wasn't like that.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Concise instructions

Replacement for SportsArt C53r

They fit my SportsArt C53r recumbent with no problems and actually feel more comfortable than the original straps that came with them. Can't speak to the durability of these straps yet, but I can say they appear to be pretty good straps with decent build quality. The material is thick enough to likely last a long time and flexible enough to be mounted on a pedal. I've been using them for a few days now and I'm generally happy with this replacement.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Transparent

Great quality and only one big enough

Upgrade. I wrote a bad review because I thought one of the pedal straps broke after only 3 months BUT that was my fault. Looking at him with my glasses on, I saw that he had just slipped off the hook. I also bought this pedal strap because it's one of the few I could find in a 13" case. The 12" straps weren't big enough for my size 12 and 1/2 shoes. Sorry for that bad rating if it was my fault these work great!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Versatile with a Twist

When the right pedal strap on my 5 year old Pro-Form bike broke after 5 years of daily use, I first contacted Pro-Form for a replacement and they referred me to one Third-party site charging $97 (no typo) for a strap. So I took a chance on buying these inexpensive straps and I'm glad I did. They are just as strong as the originals. . Oh yeah, spin? On my Pro-Form I had to thread the straps through a small "sleeve" but it didn't align properly as it was at an odd angle. So I tried putting the…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction

  • Not automatic
