I'm writing this review using this product. So far I can tell you that it is a great product. There is however, a one thing that really bugs me.The back lighting is absolutely horrible. It is as if they took a few white leds & just sprinkled them on the PCB. There are MAJOR hot spots that makes the product look tacky.Other than that there's nothing to complain about. The item arrived quickly within Prime delivery timelines. I appreciated the minimal packaging as I hate smaller items packed in loads of bubble wrap and Styrofoam. First off, while this is overall an okay device, the bluetooth doesnt work right. sure, it connected but no inputs came through to the computer. Secondly, only the BLACK VERSION, the one i got, comes with a backup usb dongle. Thats how I'm able to type out this review, or even use the thing. I bought this to use with my TV Box. I'm mostly extremely happy with it, so far. It has a built-in rechargeable battery that doesn't appear to be replaceable, so I'll have to see how long the lifetime of that is. I'll have to replace this device whenever the battery stops working, so I'm not happy about that part.

Got the upgraded version (white) (Blue and green seems to be still the old version, not sure), It is not mentioned anywhere on the amazon page, but it comes with with a 2.4GHz USB dongle. Two of these keyboards worked well for more than half a year. I bought 2 of these keyboards and both did not last 12 months. I tried contacting Riitek by email, twice through Walmart and I tried calling them and none of these contact methods worked for me. The keys on both keyboards were getting stuck on me. I was hoping to get the keyboard replaced because the seller says 12-month warranty. Chatting with Walmart did not help.

I ordered a bunch of Rii remotes including the "upgraded” Rii 4 to use for my steam link. It was cheap feeling, smooth plastic and garbage buttons. Took the gamble on this one and instantly it was a keeper.The feel is more matte, nice in the hands with a texture change underneath. IT DOES COME WITH MICRO USB CHARGING. This is most recent model despite what the Walmart photo shows. BT connectivity is fast and overall very pleased with this version.
