As I do not have any dislikes it is hard to make one, however everything works flawlessly for me! It was very easy to configure our organization's needs right off the bat as soon as we set things up (very intuitive). Nothing stands out when reviewing this product. We are able to see where most of our time is spend in regards to documenting information that can be useful down future rounds/reviews etc.. I like that it can be used in both an ambulatory clinic as well as an office setting. The user interface is very easy to use, which makes for great patient education. It is very accurate at tracking visits, appointments, and procedures. I dislike having to purchase additional modules if you want to add more functionality.
