I like that it can be used in both an ambulatory clinic as well as an office setting. The user interface is very easy to use, which makes for great patient education. It is very accurate at tracking visits, appointments, and procedures. I dislike having to purchase additional modules if you want to add more functionality. I wish there was a way to have all of those functions available without purchasing extra modules. If you are looking for a simple solution that will allow for seamless integration into your other systems, this would be a great choice. We use this to track our patients' visits, appointments, and procedures. We also use it to keep up with billing.
