Description of Enhance Your Torque: Wrench Extension Tool for Mechanics Garage Tradesman or Handyman

ADVANTAGES: This simple yet powerful tool will be a great asset in the tool box. Simply lock in your standard open or box end wrench into the jaws to gain leverage on those hard to reach tight bolts or nuts. Slim design will get into most restricted spaces and still allow you to swing your wrench. Unlike locking two wrenches together you will take away the risk of breaking your tools. DESIGN: We came up with the design while fighting with that one flawed bolt location every piece of machinery has that you just can't get at. Two opposing steel jaws are welded onto a narrow diameter yet strong steel square tubing of 16" to gain torque at the bolt head while pulling from a convenient location. A Galvanized Finish is then applied to the wrench extender to prevent corrosion. DIMENSIONS: Total Length - 16 inches, Gap Between Jaws - 2 inches, Jaws - 1 inch, Handle - 0.75 inch, Total Width at Jaw - 1.5 inches. Thinking of what presents to bring home? This one is absolutely perfect for your mom, dad, uncle, grandpa, or officemates!.

Gives a lot more leverage in hard to reach places

Love it! I wish I had this when changing belts on a Mazda 3. As all my cars are mostly front wheel drive and bottlenecked, I'm sure I'll have the opportunity to use it later.

Worked great. The distance between two hooks is .

Has worked great. The distance between the two hooks is too far apart for the smaller keys so they sometimes slip off, but I used small magnets to hold the key in place. Problem solved.

May needs improvement.

Hi Trevor, sorry it didn't help, at least not for me. The distance between the front and rear clips is too big to hold a short key. I think it might help a lot if you put a third clip in between and route it the same way as the back one so it helps catch the smaller keys that really need to be lengthened. Thank you and please accept my best wishes. wheel

WELL MADE TOOL - Torque Wrench

I think the finish of this tool and the welds are very well done. It may not be the tool you use every time. In my experience, I need a tool like this any time it gets dark and it's just me and the bugs fighting to get the bolt out. It seems to hold up and not bend. The material is well made so it doesn't slip or anything like that when you hold it. It's long enough to add plenty of leverage so you don't bang your knuckles while using it.

RECOMMEND! He did well what he had to do!

I had to remove the stabilizer bar links on my van to replace the strut assemblies. I had to cut the driver's side because I couldn't apply enough force to the wrench (the only tool that would fit in the tight space). I was skeptical about this tool. But it worked flawlessly and provided the leverage I needed to disengage the passenger side anti-roll bar linkage. Ten minutes of work versus three hours of cutting and trimming on the driver's side. I would give 5 stars if the price was a few…

Works best with hand tool

This tool arrived as described. I purchased this tool specifically for use with a 7/8" wrench to remove the stock oxygen sensor from the exhaust manifold on my '93 Suburban. hard time after watching several youtube videos on the subject). Although I have not had to test its strength with exceptional force, the tool appears to be very durable and the welds are of high quality. In the original review, I had an opportunity to really test the strength of this tool when I removed the rear shock…

I highly recommend it.

Think of this tool as a wrench. I often use long wrenches first when I expect extra force will be required when removing fasteners. This tool provides even more leverage for frozen fasteners or hard-to-reach fasteners. It can be a bit difficult to keep the wrench in place on the fastener while holding the wrench and torque multiplier tool together for the wrench extension and wrench. Much depends on the location and its availability. You often need two hands to hold everything in place until…
