Lengthened my tailstock perfectly.

Bought 2 pieces to extend the tailstock on a wood lathe. I can now use the Corer system my wife bought me for Christmas. Worked great.

Well made tool. But not suitable for Jet Midi lathes.

I bought this extension to work with my Jet Midi (12" lathe). I was planning on using it to make chess pieces. Although it's a MT 2 that fits my lathe, that's the end of it that goes into the tailstock is too long and there will be no seat. For my application it makes it useless. However, it will most likely fit on large lathes. Although I haven't been able to use it on my lathe, it is very well made.
