I purchased a switch for my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis and it is identical to the OEM switches, very quick and easy to install. I strongly recommend anyone who needs a new derailleur not to hesitate and make this purchase. You will not be disappointed.

Works great and much cheaper than the original part. The only issue I noticed was the flex at the bottom of the derailleur you saw, maybe a 1/8" gap that the original didn't have. Unobtrusive when you're not looking and unaffected by the switch. Definitely a drop in the replacement part and the passenger window went down slightly. Less than 5 minutes to change.

They last about 30 days then the window stops working and then I have to buy another switch. Not sure why I don't know if it's because it's cheap it just keeps falling out. I'm not sure, but I've bought three of these in the last few months. I have no choice if I don't buy another one I can't open or close the window. So I guess if it happens again I'll just have to buy a brand new damn truck, which is ridiculous but that's why I gave it three stars.
