Pass it on: Reciprocating Saw Blades

The battery in my Dewalt lasted the entire set. Useless for anything other than simple single cuts on clean material. AKA is the opposite of what you use a saber saw for.

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Thin blades, not quite what I expected

Not worth the money. I'd rather spend a little more for a thicker blade that will last longer and won't bend as easily. They're just cheap stuff and didn't work for my application of cutting thin sheet metal.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Good Affordable Blade

The blade pretty much does what I want for a dime, but it's harder to keep the blade from jumping off the start than my DeWalts. Once snapped in, no problem for wood or metal. Surprisingly, these blades wear well. So I think it's value for money.

Pros
  • Durable Coating
Cons
  • Blank

Great blade for the price

I used them to break wooden pallets by cutting through nails. Went like clockwork. I went through 2 blades on about 10 pallets. I also used them to cut some of the pool railings flush with the ground. The longer blade makes it flexible enough to lay flush with my pavers and make clean cuts through fairly thick aluminum tubing.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Compatibility

Better deal than known brands

This was the best price, size and type I use most of the time. They are almost identical in thickness to well-known brands and cut very well. Compared to craft blades they seem a bit dull and don't cut as easily after some use but overall it's a better deal and I would buy them again.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Beats the 6 " Dewalt in my opinion

So far so good! Gotta try these. I've used 1910 Dewalt bimetal blades in my house for pallet cutting and demos. They are cheaper than the 6" Dewalt, sharper and last longer! I was very happy with Dewalt until I saw her on the Amazons Choice list. Try it, the price allows you to at least try. I am very pleased!

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

Good strong blades - blades

Good blades. My main intention was to use them for cutting car screws. The bolts I carved with these blades were high quality suspension bolts, so imagine how strong the blades must be. Definitely worth your money! Also note: there are other sizes and brands of blades out there, but for the price I think they're great! I attempted to make one of the blades a little more adaptable to my application using a Dremel tool, but that turned out to be a problem as the blade itself is quite strong (it's

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
