Appearance, delivery and customer service

They look very beautiful, I like them very much, good packaging when they arrived, fast delivery, I would buy again, satisfied with this purchase, also good customer service, they respond quickly

One side was completely peeled off when I received it. It's VERY difficult to keep going.

They looked very good and I was actually pretty excited, but I noticed they unscrewed top and bottom (only one had that) every time I drove, I had to turn them back every time. stopped and earlier both 'covers' actually came off while driving and I removed it completely and checked and it was completely pulled off both ends. Not to mention that I don't recommend buying checks unless you're wasting your money and time. How do I contact someone for a refund or replacement?
