Used for vertical GPU mounting. Installation was very easy. It's black, so it disappears into the rest of my system. It comes with hardware to attach to a bracket or pole - I haven't used it but might in the future. The fabric covering the wires is nice and makes them look like a smooth wide ribbon. My GPU performance is the same as before so this is the most important part.

Generally, a card with a 90 degree stand will do the job, but it's an odd design. The screw holes work, but the back end of the riser card is fully secured with a PCI-E lock. The flat cable is shielded but unevenly anchored in a 90 degree arc. In general it works, but the design may need an update. I bought a Thermaltake PCI-E extender and immediately I lost about 20-30% of the frame in all games. In RDR2 @ 1440p Ultrawide at Ultra settings with the RTX3070 I went from 65-70 FPS to 40-50 FPS.
