Either priorities swapped, or just a bad device

Too bad I didn't record the socket temperature before installing this device, as recent removal after a few months of use showed my drive was running an average of 5 -10 degrees Celsius cooler. The resulting colors look crappy compared to my other RGB devices on the same platform, one of the LED cells was a dead color so some colors didn't display properly, and when I set a dynamic theme the color change always lagged behind synced device back and the transitions looked awful and erratic.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Useless features

Destroyed M.2 SSD - RGB below standard

Wife was angry! Imagine this: Two guys have almost identical systems, newly assembled by hand. Bought 2 of these shiny jewels. The eldest son damaged the SSD by removing the heat shield and destroyed it last night which cost me $$$. Be careful! ^^ The light works and only connects to the RGB connector. The lighting is too bright and not all colors match the system color. There's too much white in blue and so on. Just don't expect Corsair RGB quality here. Production cost: around $2 depending on

Pros
  • High support and durability ratings from testers
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

Color doesn't match other RGB

I really liked the idea of the m.2 RGB heatsink. The problem is that the color doesn't match. I am using Asus Strix b450 motherboard and Asus Strix GPU. I also use 2 RGB strips from CoolerMaster. All are synced to the Asus Aura app. The motherboard, GPU and strips fit perfectly, but the EZDIY_FAB heatsink doesn't fit. I tried to take a picture but it didn't show how wrong the colors are. With me everything is light blue, and that shows a greenish-turquoise color. Hope that helps.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • No mold required

Great option for RGB lovers

Needed a heatsink for my overheated M.2 as my OS runs on it. I'm a big fan of RGB and for the price this seemed like a good option to me. It fits well and makes a noticeable difference in operating temperature, although it's a little high. To make sure it had enough space, I had to move the wireless card to a different PCIe slot. The light is very bright and works fine with the LED strip connected to the 12V socket. It works great on my ROG Strix B450. I almost tore the thermal pad removing the

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Died after a month of work!

The thing is nonsense, as you can see, it's still installed in my house and doesn't work. The LED died a month after installation and yes there are other things connected to the connector so it's not a header it's software. First I came here to send it back but I realized they wouldn't let me go in a month. It's ridiculous, LEDs don't burn out in a month, it's almost impossible, so the product must be crap. I also have my system on a voltage regulator so no power surges or anything else that…

Pros
  • Three-stage buckle supports M.2 SSDs of different thicknesses. (SSD not included)
Cons
  • Expensive

pretty but unimportant

I got these for a WD Black 500GB M.2 2280 SSD. She looks very beautiful. However, it is quite heavy for heat dissipation. Also, the lights are very visible, so instead of a single strip of light, it looks like 5 lights behind a heavy plastic cover. My package was missing an extension cord as per the instructions so I subtracted a star for that and the cord I had wasn't long enough to connect the ARGB the way I wanted so I now have a thin black white wire runs under my ram chips :( I don't…

Pros
  • Aluminum alloy, anodic oxidation surface treatment increases cooling area of M.2 SSD
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

As best advertised in computer components, the groove design

We had delivery problems, I ordered two and they sent one. Revain got it right, but again I had to order a second radiator. Installation was easy, although there are a few things to note. If you have a Gigabyte motherboard, the included adapter cable is required, and the height of the heatsink is high enough to be a problem when installing under a GPU. Be sure to align the gray wire on the cable, see arrow on connector, with the 12V pin on the RGB connector on the motherboard. It cautions…

Pros
  • increases the heat dissipation area with a cooling effect of 5-20°C (varies by environment), cools the M.2 2280 SSD to a safe temperature to avoid overheating and improve regulation performance of your computer.
Cons
  • Requires socket
