Difficult to install with included standoffs and doesn't cool well

I have multiple double sided M.2 2280 NVME SSDs (one Gen 4x4, one Gen 3x4) Gen 4 works with a Sabrent heatsink, Gen 3 uses that heatsink at this moment. Both have good airflow so that shouldn't be a problem. When benchmarking, the Sabrent maxes out at around 48°C, the EZDIY-FAB at 55°C (and that's with the ultra-high performance thermal pad I had to use instead of the stock one). So about 7 degrees temperature gradient. However, because the Sabrent is fourth generation and much faster, it also…

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • No paint required

Goes very well with 4TB M2

Goes pretty well with my 4TB Sabrent Rocket NVMe. I had to use my channel locks to gently push the screws into their holes and some of the thermal tape would pop out. But I turned it on and my NVMe is running below 50C.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Repair

Perfect for Mac Pro 2013 cylinders

It was a bit difficult to fit around a 2TB ADATA XTG SX8200 NVMe SSD, but I was able to push it in to get the last top left screw. However, it fits my Mac Pro 2013 Cylinder perfectly. It also lowered the temperature by about 7-14°C less than before at 46-55°C.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Something's wrong

Fits very tightly to PS5. They basically make it fit

Due to the groove, this heatsink is taller than the advertised 9mm so it fits my PS5 very well. The top barley goes on my PS5 it's no good, I returned this heatsink and got a MHQJRH heatsink and it fits like a glove. The PS5 SSD cover was sticking up and I literally had to push on the cover to screw it in, I don't like that.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Dear

Perfect Heatsink for PS5 NVMe

Very happy with the quality of this heatsink. I installed it on my WD SN850 and it fits my PS5 perfectly. The PS5 tested the drive at 6600MB/s, which is what I expected. I recommend installing it so that the EZ logo is at the end of the drive slot as shown in the product image and not toward the other slot. Disc. It comes with a Phillips screwdriver, but I highly recommend using your own as it's too small for the screws and if you're not careful you can easily snap them off. Otherwise it's…

Pros
  • Heatsink
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Does what it's supposed to do

This product effectively cooled my ADATA XPG SX8100 2TB NVMe M.2 drive. The ADATA XPG includes a heatsink, but it's just a piece of plastic (as far as I can tell) with double-sided tape attached. This bad heatsink caused my drive to throttle in temperatures above 70 degrees. After installing this new EZDIY FAB heatsink, the hard drive temperature dropped significantly. My temperature is 30-45 degrees all the time. Installing this radiator was not difficult. Installed in 5 minutes. The most…

Pros
  • Fan and Cooling
Cons
  • Requires power outlet
