UPDATE. About five weeks after I installed the visor (original review follows), the adhesive holding the plastic sides failed, as did the original. Obviously this replacement is no better than the original visor. There are videos online showing how to attach the two sides of the visor by drilling holes and installing three "screw posts". I bought this to replace a 2008 Honda Civic driver's side visor. Installation was easy, just a few screws. The color of the fabric (see first photo) is lighter gray than the plastic of the visor. The original visor was the same shade of gray throughout (see second image) but the color difference doesn't really bother me.
