Arrived quickly and was easy to install along with a new latch assembly. Be sure to watch a good YouTube video, as removing, disassembling, and reinstalling the cover requires a lot of work. The beige color wasn't an exact match, but it looks better than the old one. If you don't agree with the tools you can just buy a pad for the cover or use leather paint and buff the old one.

So this is a great item to replace our old torn armrest. The biggest problem with this item is the installation. To replace just this part of the armrest you have to loosen a few screws, but the problem is that two screws are very difficult to reach. I blame Honda for this part but I think this product would be much better if it came with replacement instructions or at least a link on how to replace it. There is a difference between this and the factory armrest. It doesn't have any stitching…

Excellent product. I ordered black leather. Very difficult to install. First you have to loosen the 4 screws from the guide console. To make things easier, you'll need magnetized torque or something sticky to hold the screw on the torque screwdriver while accessing the 4 hard screw slots.
