These bright and warm LED bulbs are just what I was looking for. The downside is that they are long and difficult to fit into the mount. Two of the three brackets tore during installation due to the length. Maybe one of the three lamps was even longer than the other two because I had to bend the lamp a lot to get it to fit. These LED retrofit replacement bulbs have worked great. These were the only ones I could find that were plug and play, all other retrofit LED bulbs available require ballast rewiring, which I didn't want to do. It's a nice warm 3000K light and they light up instantly. They have an output of 5 watts instead of 8 watts for fluorescent lamps. Fluorescent lamps were 400 lm, this 500 lm, slightly brighter.
