Easy to manage and quick response times from support

The factmatas algorithm for moderation of social media posts has been very effective at reducing negative political discourse while also increasing positive engagement with our community members who engage daily via their profiles (about 500K). Their team was willing/willing enough that we can build upon this relationship as they continue down new paths within AI development which will be interesting! I have not found any downsides so far but would love it if there were more features available

Pros
  • THe high quality of the moderation of content for political discussion in social media;
Cons

Pros
  • There is no limit to the number of sources that can be searched.
  • You can import your own RSS feeds, which makes the job even easier.
Cons
  • It is not very intuitive to use.
  • It is difficult to find and add sources.
