I only took off one star because I wish I had an API for the app that could be customized instead of a web page, but as an IT person I also respect the old school of keeping it simple , is silly . Works great. I have multiple options for getting notifications for power outages etc. but this is the final word on my notifications. Easy installation and configuration. I have tested it and I also do random tests to be sure.

Looking for a quality power outage alarm, this is it! I have a pellet stove and sometimes there are power cuts. My stove's backup battery is enough for me to run home and turn it off as soon as I know there's a power outage. What's really cool is that the device will also notify you when the power is back on. I have not tested the water sensor, but if it is of a similar quality as the power failure notification, this device can only be described as great!

As I work part time and occasionally have to be away from home for 2-3 days I was always concerned about the drain pump and/or power outages. I've been a MySpool user with several of their products for a while. I liked this one for the aquarium so I could control every aspect. The only thing I don't understand is why the power notification seems to be slow to notify neither power off nor power on. Haven't contacted support yet to ask as they might have a solution. I would buy this product and will continue to buy their products if I need them again and will also recommend them to friends.

Excellent product I use to remotely control electricity and temperature in the cottage. My Wi-Fi is connected to a small UPS that keeps it running so the sensor can still text/email successfully even if there is a power outage. The temperature sensor is crucial in winter to warn of problems with the heating system. Set up was simple and straightforward. This device does what it is supposed to. It's a little tricky to set up, and monitoring/changing the configuration via the website is a little more complicated than it needs to be. I would recommend you to create an Apple/Android app for setup and monitoring then it will be a great product. It would also be a good way to lower the temp gauge up or down a few degrees so I can read the same temp as my thermostat would be nice. The installation instructions that came with the P2 were a bit vague, but the MySpool website has good installation instructions. Once you set it up to connect to your own LAN's WiFi router, the rest of the setup (phone numbers for notifications, setting up temporary notifications, etc.) was quick and easy.
