This device does what it is supposed to. It's a little tricky to set up, and monitoring/changing the configuration via the website is a little more complicated than it needs to be. I would recommend you to create an Apple/Android app for setup and monitoring then it will be a great product. It would also be a good way to lower the temp gauge up or down a few degrees so I can read the same temp as my thermostat would be nice. We use it to monitor the temperature and power outages in our RV and may also install a water leak sensor in the future. All in all it does what it's supposed to and is reliable. Definitely a viable option if you're willing to take the time to figure out how to set it up and use it.
