It’s ok, but not thought out.

The description says it is 16 inches long, but I find it too short for reaching.The spray is too wide, and not gentle.The on/off is backwards, you pull back to water, and forward to shut off.

Stopped working 2 weeks after return window closed.

Stopped as working 2 weeks after return window closed. Now it doesn’t stop the water or shut it off like it should. Kind of annoying.

Works okay, but could use a few improvements.

Wand would be better with a SWIVEL head. It's a bit awkward to hold at times since it doesn't swivel. It has a small problem with water leaking at the connection to the hose when the sprayer is turned off and the water is still on at the spigot (even on a lower water flow), but was still able to do it's job of watering.It's just getting hard to find REALLY good watering wands any more. Love this nozzle! It feels like very good quality

I have this hooked to my faucet on the side of the house. It is very comfortable to use to water plants or clean my porch The thumb control shut off valve may become stuck or difficult to operate over time.

Works well, just wondering about the gift card

Edit: the wand is still working great, and a customer service agent quickly handled our issue and resolved our problem.Original: The wand works really well. I received a paper that encourages you to activate the warranty to receive a gift card, but the order ID doesn’t work. Not sure why

Don’t waste your time with this item. Poor quality.

I only had this item 3 weeks and it fell apart. Not worth it at all. Tried to get a refund but with no luck. Asked for Ebay to call back but no one called.

Watering wand: my feedback

I like this watering wand. It's easy to use and comfortable to hold. The gasket doesn't form a perfect seal on the hose so there is a small leak of water. It's not enough to bother me. I like that the head can be tilted. This is nice for the watering hanging plants.
