Great for Fair Isle knits with pops of color

I'm so glad I have this book! I'm new to Fair Isle knitting and this did a lot to orient me in the necessary mindset and gave me good information on the skills required. The illustrations and photos are really helpful. I wish there were more very small projects, maybe with a few different color schemes because Fair Isle is so dependent on the color of the yarn and the same pattern can look completely different depending on the color. selection as shown in the book; I just wish it had more…

Remove the fear from Fair Isle!

This book is exactly what I was hoping for when I ordered it and then a few more. Yes, experienced knitters don't need introductory material that explains the basics of knitting, but it's not for experienced knitters. This is for people like me with some knitting knowledge and limited experience who want to learn the basics of knitting.
