I used to have a case but it can only hold 1 key, now that my other cars also use keyless entry and ignition I needed something more and in that it has more than enough room to store not only keys, but other items as well.

As some reviewers describe how it works, the one I have doesn't work. Nice box but useless. I can put the key fob in the box and start the car. As stated in the product description, it doesn't recognize the key fob and won't start. Maybe my box is defective. To return. What a beautiful box.

Works! I tried it right away to be sure. I locked the car, put the key in the box and locked it. I tried the door handle but it wouldn't open. The same goes for trying to start the car remotely! Once the key is in the box, all signals are blocked, nobody can open or start the car. Great little box. There is room for three or four keys

I got this to protect the car key battery from draining. Apparently they are affected by some home wifi systems and my key fob needed a new battery every few days or a week although I got different batteries. I have kept my keys in it when I have been home for the past 3.5 weeks and the car has not given me a low battery warning. The box looks good and fits several sets of keys. I'm glad I got it.

This box is fantastic and looks great on the counter. I went to each of our family cars (with key fobs in a locked drawer) and couldn't open the cars with the button on the outside door handles. Then I sat in the driver's seat in each car (again with the key fob in a closed drawer) and couldn't start the cars. The dashboard kept saying "missing key fob".
