Set of 4 Farberware 🔪 Flexible Cutting Mats with Food Icons, 11-Inch-by-15-Inch Review

Cutting mat is perfect except painting on a drawn line when wet. I love rugs and ended up using them to line my fridge shelves. They're textured at the bottom and smooth at the top, which I like.

Do not order these mats! These mats have a painted pattern that is now sticky and smeared. I always hand wash them. I've already thrown one out because the color got on the food. I'll do the same with the rest as I don't know the toxicity of the paint used. Look at the photo where the paint is smeared.

After a few months of use they became very sticky and the colored areas moved to other items. Unfortunately, the transferred ink cannot be removed. Reaching customer service is such a lengthy process that it's not worth the effort. They're destined for the trash, probably where they originally were.

I was very disappointed! I have cutting board mats that I really liked and needed replacing so I bought 2 sets of these. and marks on my fingers, on other boards etc. 2) The sizing is accurate but too small for what I prefer but that was my preference 3) I would like a refund.

I like that 4 of them take up less space than a wooden cutting board, not throwing my board away. I love that you can bend them so that the cut item falls easily into whatever container you need. They dry quickly. And they are attractive. I hope the material is durable and difficult to cut. Let's see in the long run. They arrived promptly with no additional wasteful packaging!

I originally gave a good review, my rating is changing now as the website for this item is unavailable. The item was fine until I left 2 of them in the sink overnight. The process used to apply ink to items is not permanent. I left two in the dishwater overnight. When I took them to wash the next morning, the ink smeared and discolored my hands. It's annoying as I don't know how toxic it can be. This shouldn't happen even if you leave them in the slop for a week. I have well water that has not…

Flexible cutting mats were purchased to replace some basic ones. The color pattern on the 2 mats is sticky and transfers to my skin when touched; No rubbing needed to transfer, just sticks to my skin like wet paint. The other two mats in the set seem fine - the stickers on them don't stick, but I haven't tried them yet. Not sure if they are safe to use with food if the colored part comes through.
