Farberware Nonstick Roaster with Rack - 🍗 11 Inch Gray: The Perfect Pan for Roasting Review

Cooking our Thanksgiving turkey was a breeze in this pan, it doesn't burn and the gravy cooks right on the stove! No problem.

I have used this pan 3 times since purchase. I have not abused or abused. After the first use it started to fall off. Definitely not very durable or versatile. The picture speaks for itself. I would not recommend buying this pan.

Getting a small frying pan isn't as easy as it used to be, and especially with a non-stick coating. Slightly larger than the one it replaces, though, but perfectly serviceable. It looks like the non-stick surface will hold up, but time will tell.

I bought this specifically for roasting vegetables. The grille that came with it hasn't been used much, but looks well made. The pan itself is great for roasting root vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, and squash. They don't stick and wash off easily. So far no complaints.

I'm sure it's a great pan but I didn't realize the name says 11" and the description says it's 17.75 x 13.5 x 5.1 (I hope they fixed that by the time you read this) and that's the size I wanted so don't be fooled if the measurements are still wrong, this pan is 11x15, not 13x17.

The fryer was fine the first few times (about once a month) but after using it today I noticed the nonstick coating is rubbing off and you can see the metal. I only used non-stick cookware and hand washed with a sponge to avoid scratching the surface. Today I see that the surface is wearing away.

No high-end fryer ($100 average) would fit in my wall oven, so the price alone made me skeptical about Farberware fryers. A year ago I ordered their flat grid broiler and was delighted to see this one with a corner grill. The quality is amazing! I use them not only for meat, but also for roasting vegetables! Even better. It's easy to clean!
