Disappointing. I love everything about this tool. It replaced my old much larger and heavier Duofast power tool. I've used it a few times and it worked great and was more convenient after disabling the trigger lock (horrible design!). Suddenly it stopped working at all. It works, but the staples don't come out. We use this tool every day in our upholstery shop. I've been using it for a little under 3 months and a billion braces. It is very powerful and very stable when shooting. Also very easy. The quick release reload mount is pretty good. The trigger safety was really awkward but luckily it broke on the second day and is much easier to use now. 1/2 star deduction for the poor design and (fortunately?) poor quality of this particular part. Great product. I was skeptical when I received it and it didn't seem to weigh anything and was made entirely of aluminum and plastic. However, it is very well built. The PA plastic is probably PA66/fiber reinforced and is very strong. Most of what you see in the picture is black. The blue body is made entirely of cast aluminum and the temple guide is made of extruded aluminum. Overall really well done and now I'm glad it's lightweight.
