The dimensions were PERFECT. It's not for DOGS, it's for big rats that look like dogs. You know the kind that YOU carry and that YOU must protect.

It works great for us - a thin sweater for our Florida dog in the spring when he gets a cold after a short grooming session. If you live up north and need something heavier for your pup, chances are you'll want something different. It's really small from what I knew from the help of other reviewers. Large fits with a little more room for my 34lb beagle/cocker spaniel mix.

I have a 10 year old puggle (pug/beagle mix) with short hair that is almost nonexistent on the belly. It's not a heavy-duty sweater, but it covers the bottom more than most and is enough to keep you warm on a short winter walk in Chicago. I wish someone would make a sweater or coat long enough for women who don't have the same "problems" as men :-)

Unfortunately I got the size wrong. I read the reviews and they say go up a size. I would definitely be ok if I ordered according to the size chart. The sweater was good quality and very cute. Even though I got the wrong size I still gave 5 stars because the quality of the sweater is good and it would be perfect if I hadn't gotten the size wrong. I believe the size chart is correct. I have a Jack Russell about 17 pounds. Should have ordered a medium but got a large instead.

I agree they run small. I bought a large, walked the length. My Boston Terrier is only three months old but I have decided to order him now so he will be fully grown by winter. It only weighs nine pounds but is 17 inches long, which is why I ordered the larger one. I think she'll be big when she grows up. The large size is suitable for a dog, e.g. B. a cocker spaniel that did not fit me in a large size, the quality is quite good but a little light, delivered fairly quickly.

Good quality and fits her a little more which is good. The only problem is that it smelled like cologne/musk. So much so that I had to immediately take the packaging to the dumpster outside and leave the sweater outside for a few hours to mitigate the odor. I have never received anything with such a strong smell. That leads me to think it was a return (from a customer who spilled it) and then shipped to me.
