I have thick long hair with no body so the clip usually never holds unless I wet my hair. They keep my hair wet or dry, I LOVE them. Definitely recommend

I think it's more for young people. My hair is thinner than it was when I was younger and it doesn't hold up as well as it did in my early thirties. However, I can get it to work, it just doesn't hold up as tightly. In terms of durability, they are made of plastic. So if you're careful enough with them, they're fine. (I used to have very thick hair, but when you're 70 things are a bit different.)

The ones I received were darker than the picture. I figured if I ordered this 12 color set I would have a wide range of colors to choose from. But I like and will only use two - a slightly shimmery purple and a shimmery lighter purple/burgundy. I'm a light Scandinavian blonde with light skin and blue-green eyes. I look awful in black so I don't wear that color next to my face. Wherever I buy hairpins, rubber bands and accessories, I remain an orphan. All I can find are the five standard winter…

Three arrived cracked. Not quite for thin hair, although in the description. Good value for money too for 9 unripped clips left.

Received clips and was pleased with their appearance. But one day I tried to put all my hair in a bobby pin and when I tried to put my hair in the bobby pin broke. I was so disappointed. I have to be more careful but I think the hair clip will be able to handle the amount of hair I wanted to collect in it. I've never had such a problem with hair clips. upset.

The colors are great - you can find a clip for almost every outfit. They hold my hair in place until I remove the clip. How long they'll last is unknown, but let's face it, they're plastic!
