The responsiveness was excellent from beginning to end. I could not think of anything that we did not communicate about or get done as promised. They are very friendly and professional for a service oriented business. The customer service is top notch! They have been very helpful in helping me get my website up an running quickly without any problems at all. I am not sure what other companies offer but if you want good quality work done then this should be it!! If they can't help or don’t know how something works try another provider. We needed someone who could build us site fast so we didn't waste time waiting for weeks while trying to find one that would do such simple tasks as uploading images etc..…

I like their customer service department! They reply quickly if you have any questions/ concerns throughout all steps of working closely together via email & phone calls (as well as having an amazing staff team)! Their turnaround can be rather slow for projects that go over 2 weeks sometimes but in these times it's easy enought just keep track without them getting too busy - so no worries there!! The system is very user friendly as it's simple but has all the most common functions necessary for e-commerce websites. You use PayPal to create an account then you must create another PayPal account in order to checkout. I thought their payment system was very confusing at first, but you get over it quickly (with practice).
