🚿 Chrome 57014 Delta Faucet 3-Spray Touch-Clean Wall-Mount Slide Bar Hand Held Shower with Hose Review

Installation was very easy. The fittings are very securely fastened, and positive attitudes show that the manufacturer has made an effort to create a quality product. You will love a standing or seated wall shower with the added value of a hand shower.

Nice wand, looks very good and works very well but the paint on the hose is peeling off after about 3 months. The head of the stick is difficult to separate from the soapy water. We have matching fixtures throughout the bathroom including shower enclosures. Nowhere else do we scrub off soapy water nearly as hard.

Shower head no longer stays in place after a month of use. . . as it should be in the product image. No matter what I tried, the shower head tilts down. (To be clear the height is maintained on the rod but the shower head wants to point straight down rather than out.) Very disappointing as we have just completed a very expensive bathroom renovation. It's ok, I had to change it to keep the shower holder from sliding down. The hose that came with mine was cheap hard plastic and the shower itself was limited in function. I bought it for my main wall mount and replaced it with a better Delta hand held shower and hose. Also, despite being attached to a bobby pin, it feels a little flimsy. I thought it would be a little more durable than Griff, but I'm not sure I would trust him with that. On the other hand, the finish has stood the test of time

The Revain picture in the Delta Faucet Store shows this item, but it is not included in the set. Interestingly, only the pictures of Champagne Bronze are deceptive in this regard; Other pictures for 57014 models in different finishes do NOT show the wall piece (and you won't get one), but I think most people will assume that the set comes with a wall mount. When renovating a bathroom, finding something in bronze to work with is a big challenge. So wanted to like it and turned out to be easy to use. Not entirely happy with that. If I could I would return it. The handheld shower spray is awkwardly shaped for use while sitting in a shower chair. Three sprays makes it very difficult to wash out the hair and I have short hair. Delta's support for this product was excellent. I purchased and installed this wand/hand held shower in August 2016. Last week (more than three years later) the part holding the hand shower broke. I couldn't find a replacement from Revain or a local hardware store, but I did notice a mention of a lifetime warranty on some Delta products in the store.
