Real stainless steel

They matched the ad. I use them to fix a stainless steel exhaust pipe that kept spinning due to vibration on the excavator stack.

Much stronger than aluminum rivets.

Aluminum rivets don't even bother me. When riveting something I can't think of a scenario where I don't need the extra strength of stainless steel. Obviously, the clamping range is significantly less than the length of the rivet; They're long enough to handle almost anything I would use them for and actually too long for most jobs.

Raised rivets are a standard tool kit and project item I'd like to have on hand for holding sheet metal parts together flush It's good value for the money and the rivet is stainless steel which is great excellent for corrosion and rust prevention. Photo 1 shows the packaging. This is a useful size for a 3/16" diameter rivet with a grip area of about 1/4". The head of the rivet is 3/8" in diameter. I like to add a #8 washer to the head (perfect) to get a flat side face on the end of the rivet…
